A Tricky Roof Line Turned Backyard Showcase in Frisco

Our recent customer in Frisco had a backyard with a challenging roof line, but that didn’t stop us from creating a beautiful and functional outdoor living space that feels like it has always belonged. We began by expanding the small builder-grade patio with a larger stamped concrete extension, giving the patio a strong foundation and plenty of room to enjoy. From there, we custom designed and built a full-finish Hip and Ridge style patio cover that tied seamlessly into the home’s architecture, solving the unique roof line challenge while adding shade, comfort, and unmistakable backyard appeal.

To maximize the new patio space, we added an outdoor kitchen in the newly extended area, which opened up the patio and made the entire space feel bigger and more inviting. Electrical was added for ceiling fans to keep things cool on warm days, making this outdoor living space ready for everyday relaxation and weekend entertaining. It’s a transformation that blends smart design with beautiful craftsmanship—turning a once-limited patio into a true outdoor retreat.
