Bringing Year-Round Comfort to a Frisco Backyard

Our recent customer in Frisco wanted to get more use out of their patio throughout the year while creating a space that felt both comfortable and inviting. We started by removing the existing concrete and stone deck and replacing it with decorative patterned concrete, instantly giving the patio a fresh, updated look. To add definition and character to the space, we built a natural stone knee wall around the perimeter of the patio cover, creating a beautiful architectural feature that ties everything together.

To complete the transformation, we re-stained the existing patio cover and added a custom pony wall enclosure, giving the structure a renewed appearance and a more finished feel.

We then installed a Sunspace Wall System enclosure with two convenient access doors, allowing the homeowners to enjoy the flexibility of an open patio when the weather is perfect and the comfort of an enclosed space when temperatures, wind, or insects become a factor.

The result is a beautiful outdoor living area that can be enjoyed nearly year-round, offering the best of both worlds without sacrificing views, comfort, or style!
