Pergola Upgrade with Style in Frisco Lakes

Our recent customer in the Frisco Lakes Senior Living community wanted to get more out of their patio space without losing the flexibility of an open-air design. Our team delivered a beautiful upgrade that combines style, comfort, and modern convenience.

We started by removing the existing structure and building a brand-new custom Pergola. To enhance functionality, we installed a TopGal roof system, giving the patio extra protection from the elements while still allowing natural light to filter through. For even more versatility, we added a motorized screen that can easily enclose the space or be raised for a wide-open feel. This gives them the best of both worlds, whether they want an enclosed retreat or an open, breezy patio.

To complete the look, we also painted the Pergola and carefully color-matched it to the home, creating a seamless finish that feels like part of the original design.
