Unique Patio Cover Design in Frisco

Our recent customer in Frisco, Texas presented a unique challenge that required a custom design solution tailored to the space around the pool while still following city regulations. Our goal was to create a seamless transition around the corner of the house while ensuring the structure did not encroach on the beautiful pool area.

To achieve this, we designed and built a Patio Cover with only one post, strategically placed 4-feet from the pool to meet Frisco requirements. By using a cantilevered beam, we were able to connect the new Patio Cover to the original small, covered space by the back door without compromising on aesthetics or functionality.

As you can see, the final design not only provides ample shade and protection from the elements, but also incorporates modern conveniences like ceiling fans, a power outlet for a wall-mounted TV, and a switched outlet in the soffit for string lights. This thoughtful design approach resulted in a sophisticated, highly functional outdoor living space tailored to the client's needs and restrictions. Take a look!
